A Thoughtful, Whole-Person Approach to Growth
Meet Michelle Baker
Over the years, she has worked with children, adults, and Veterans navigating attention challenges, emotional regulation struggles, sensory processing differences, trauma responses, and behavioral concerns. Her work integrates multiple modalities including Neurofeedback, somatic approaches, mentorship, and education, into a personalized plan that supports the whole person.
But more than techniques or tools, Michelle brings presence. She listens deeply. She observes carefully. She partners closely with individuals and families.
Because progress begins with understanding.
Our Philosophy
Rather than asking “What diagnosis fits?” we ask:
How is this person’s nervous system functioning?
What might be contributing to overwhelm?
Where can we create safety and regulation?
This is not about quick fixes. It’s about thoughtful, sustainable growth.
Let’s Take the Next Step Together.
