A Thoughtful, Whole-Person Approach to Growth

Supporting children, adults, and families with clarity, compassion, and intention.
Dynamic Balance was created to offer something deeper. A space to slow down, understand underlying patterns, and support true growth. Every individual is unique, and every family deserves an approach that honors that individuality across every stage of life.

Meet Michelle Baker

Michelle Baker founded Dynamic Balance with a simple belief: when we understand the nervous system, we unlock meaningful change.

Over the years, she has worked with children, adults, and Veterans navigating attention challenges, emotional regulation struggles, sensory processing differences, trauma responses, and behavioral concerns. Her work integrates multiple modalities including Neurofeedback, somatic approaches, mentorship, and education, into a personalized plan that supports the whole person.

But more than techniques or tools, Michelle brings presence. She listens deeply. She observes carefully. She partners closely with individuals and families.

Because progress begins with understanding.

Our Philosophy

At Dynamic Balance, we don’t focus on labels first. We focus on patterns.

Rather than asking “What diagnosis fits?” we ask:

How is this person’s nervous system functioning?

What might be contributing to overwhelm?

Where can we create safety and regulation?

When we support the foundation, behavior, attention, emotional resilience, and overall well-being can begin to shift naturally.

This is not about quick fixes. It’s about thoughtful, sustainable growth.

Let’s Take the Next Step Together.

If you’re exploring support for your child and wondering where to begin, we’re here to listen.

Family-Centered by Design

Children do not exist in isolation — and neither does growth.

Dynamic Balance includes parents and caregivers as active partners in the process. Education, collaboration, and open communication are central to every plan.

Families often share that they leave sessions feeling:

  • ✓ More informed
  • ✓ More confident
  • ✓ More hopeful
When caregivers feel supported, children benefit.

Michelle’s work is rooted in the belief that every child has the capacity to thrive when given the right support.

Dynamic Balance exists to help families move forward… not with pressure, but with understanding.
